Day to day diary of a 40 year old working mother. Recipes, ocassional attempts at humor, family photos.
Too funny! I love little boys! I knew early on that my first son had no musical talent. He loved for me to sing to him. My second son, on the other hand, always put his hands over my mouth or his ears. # 2 is now age 7 and is much better musically than the rest of his immediate family. He still doesn't like for me to sing.I look forward to hearing more from Dash.
My son has been saying that since he was three. It's been 15 years now and I haven't stopped. In fact later on, it can serve as a useful tool when he won't do his chores.
First of all...good idea.Secondly...it must be a kid thing...because I hated it when my mom sang. Actually, I still do. It's like nails on a chalkboard to me (I'm sorry, know that's mean, but you don't know my mother!!) :-)
Someday your singing will be his fondest childhood memory, so keep doing it :-)
