I read this earlier in the week and was very moved too. Those photos were amazing--I never imagined it in living color like that. If you didn't know what you were looking at, you'd have no idea where that is & what happened there.
The contrast of the horror of what went on there, to how pretty it is now is amazing. I would have always pictured it dark and dreary. But I suppose that's the way it should be.
