thank you for not flying with a fuel leak....I did not want to go up in flames, but I also do not appreciate being trapped in a plane for an hour while you are checking "said fuel leak"...I also do not like flying stand by, and being bumped ahead another 5 hours...
I was supposed to arrive at my destination at 5:30pm...it is now 11:15pm...
Grrrr....
Southwest customer service ends at 5:30pm....
Grrr.....
I did not want to be grouchy
