AWTM - the first thing I learned about garage sales is this: If you want $10 for something, price it for double...that way, when people haggle you down, and offer $10, then they think they got a good deal, and you got what you wanted...and hey, if they offer $15, you made a "mind profit"!
And the first thing I tell folks is that "everything's negotiable, make an offer"...so they think they're going to get one over on you. But in the end, you're the winner!
