Although I cant comment on all the BCP issues since I am a guy, I do unfortunately know the humiliation of the "feet in the stirrups, please" routine. Yes, men are not always spared the embarrassment of the scooting and the spotlight! Hopefully that made someone's day...a guy in stirrups.---JayAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11291056.post-1115391719816697852005-05-06T10:01:00.000-05:002005-05-06T10:01:00.000-05:00Hi, thanks for visiting me, and for the invite. I would just like to go on record here as saying that it is WRONG to meet ANYONE for the first time when that someone has no pants on; unless you also have no pants on. I mentioned that in a post yesterday, and your post reinforces my decision to blog about that one of these days -- the time I told the nurse that I expected the doc to come in with no pants, too, if I had to undress before meeting him!
Your post was excruciating, meaning that I felt like I was right there with you;)Susiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03271957692024955768noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11291056.post-1115257531904044562005-05-04T20:45:00.000-05:002005-05-04T20:45:00.000-05:00Isn't it just soooo fun going to the gyn... *sigh*...Isn't it just soooo fun going to the gyn... *sigh* I've never been able to do the pills - ever! They made me so sick I figured it wasn't worth it.

Anyhow, I'm sure you're aware that Contagion is right... although I must say, I never ever had cramps before my kids were born. I wonder if it just makes everything more sensitive - or so pushes stuff out of whack that there is pain...

But do get things checked with someone else if it continues.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11291056.post-1115231585235617702005-05-04T13:33:00.000-05:002005-05-04T13:33:00.000-05:00Not to be gloom and doom, but my wife had very sim...Not to be gloom and doom, but my wife had very similiar symptoms and the escilated over time. She had endometriosis (sp?). And before you say anything, the birth control regiment they had her on did not work. The lupron shots made it subside, but it was always there. If the problem persists and or worsens you may want a second oppinion.Contagionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18247082489343057341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11291056.post-1115227491273019612005-05-04T12:24:00.000-05:002005-05-04T12:24:00.000-05:00Probably TMI, but here goes...I've been on a simil...Probably TMI, but here goes...
I've been on a similar regimen using the pill for about 2 years now. I take 4 packs of pills before using the "reminders". You'll love only having 3 or 4 periods a year, and mine are MUCH lighter and less painful when I do have them because they're really "pseudoperiods" rather than normal menstrual flow. It should be better for you, especially with little ones to run after.....

Good luck :)Caltechgirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12345301047241880464noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11291056.post-1115226636415399942005-05-04T12:10:00.000-05:002005-05-04T12:10:00.000-05:00Why do we always say thank you afetr the exam?
